How Jennifer Garner & LL Cool J got their perfect abs

If you had to rate the best bodies for male and female celebrities, at
the top of the pack without a doubt is going to be Jennifer Garner and
LL Cool J.

So how do they do it? How do they get those perfect bodies and
ridiculous abs?

Well, the general answer is that they are dedicated to it... the
priorities in their life involve lots of hard training and disciplined
nutrition. They are NOT lazy. They do NOT use excuses as to why they don't
have time to workout or eat right.

I've actually seen LL work out, and the man is no joke! And if you
think Jennifer Garner got that hard sexy body without some intense and
heavy training, you'd be off your rocker. I've had a sneak peak into her
training routines also, and they're killer!

Alright, I'm out for today... my dinner is calling me... and an "abs
approved" dinner at that:

-Broiled wild trout (good source of omega-3s just like salmon)
-sauteed baby green beans with olive oil and almond slivers
-fresh ear of corn on the cob
-spinach & carrot salad with homemade olive oil balsamic dressing and
topped with sliced avocado

Mmm...damn that sounds good!
